Duties / Responsibilities

 

  1. Scheduling, executing and finalizing the implementation of projects in time and on time project budget, according to the project budget.

  2. Must provide and interpret technical and financial information in the organization and abroad in function of project implementation. 

  3. Detail and return project objectives to project objectives and oversee implementation, compliance budget and quality from the beginning to the end of the project.

  4. Implement strategies and assessments to reduce costs.

  5. Represent the third-party company on project-related topics.

  6. Supervise and provide, report and hold responsibility for team / staff performance of the project

  7. Report to the investor and CEO of the company periodically depending on project requirements.

  8. Develop periodic procurement campaigns according to the needs of company and project products as well as periodic control of market conditions - the quality and price of the materials that are taken under existing contracts.

  9. After the procurement campaigns to finalize and follow the signing of the contract with new suppliers or existent.

  10. Make the orders of the materials and working groups for the project and follow up their implementation.
